The Sirloin Steaks are cut from a section of beef that is considered very versatile for cooking, as it has just enough fat marbling to be flavorful but just lean enough that it can be cooked all sorts of ways. In fact, our butcher uses the Sirloin Steak for many other meat cuts we offer like Beef Fajita Meat, Sizzle Steak, Stew Meat, and many Ground Sirloin products like our Steak Burgers, Bacon Burger blend and so much more. Here you can order the Sirloin Steak whole, it will be about 2-3 servings of beef. Our butcher will cut the Sirloin Steak at about 3/4" thick.

All of our cows here at John Henry's are grass-fed and grass-finished. We raise them locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our cows are pasture raised and love to spend their days being outside with either their faces towards the sun or their rears towards the wind!
