What You're Getting

Our turkey polish sausage is made with breast and thigh meat from our pasture-raised turkeys, cured and blended with a perfect mix of spices sure to please even the harshest of critics. Smoked for just the right amount of flavor.

All of our turkeys here at John Henry's are fed a mix of corn, oats, and peas, and bugs to keep them happy and healthy. All feed is GMO free. They are, locally raised, no hormones and no antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. All turkeys are free range and able to enjoy being outside as much as they wish.

Farming Practices

All of our turkeys here at John Henry's are fed a mix of non-GMO corn, oats, and peas, and they also love to scratch around in the dirt and grass looking for bugs... their preferred snack to eat! We raise them locally on our family farm, and they are never given any hormones or antibiotics. Our fields and feed are never exposed to harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our turkeys are free range and spend their days being outside as much as they wish.
